Shipping costs are for US only. Any international or large orders should place a request for shipping costs by going to CONTACT US and email your complete address and quantity of products.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Generally, it takes around 7 to 11 days for US Postal Media Delivery and 2-3 business days for US Priority Mail.
We will make every effort to make sure you receive the parcel in time, but we are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
Shipment charges
We only charge $2.00 per item ordered for delivery via USPS Media Mail. There is a $4.95 charge for an item shipped via US Priority Mail. We will ship up to two items for the total of $4.95 via Priority Mail.
Items ordered via US Priority Mail will include a delivery confirmation number that can be used to track your shipment.

For Return
All returns are only allowed for the items which have quality issue and must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery and must be in its original condition.
Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges to return. If for refund, the shipment fee and handling fee for initial shipment will be deducted from refund account, we don't charge restocking fee.
Please allow few days for us to process the refund after receiving your return item.
If the item you ordered is out of stock and not like any other item for replacement then you will get a full refund. Please note that until the payment is final, the order can't be canceled.

For Exchange
Exchanges are only allowed for the items which have a quality issue. Please return the exchange item within 7days of receipt, in its original packing (including all items that come with the initial package).

All return items can only exchange for equal or greater price purchase amount. Buyer will be responsible for any additional amount on items of greater value.
